Ultraviolet

We are Laurel and Frida, artists and makers drawn together by a shared devotion to the elemental world. 

Between us, we paint murals, dye and design textiles, make jewelry and beadwork, and shape found materials and vintage fabrics into objects that reveal something more vivid, strange, or luminous. 

Frida brings indigenous roots, a multicultural background, and a commitment to regenerative making. Laurel brings her work as a psychotherapist, which she sees as an extension of her love for beauty. 

For both of us, art is a compass and a sanctuary: a way to bridge cultures, bring nature into art, and build community.
